Smoke-free 2 bedroom/2 bath Oceanside condo on 63rd St in Ocean City, MD. The building has an elevator, pool and 2 covered parking spots. The beach is not crowded and away from all of the high-rise buildings.
It is located a few blocks away from several restaurants and bars (Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli, Dead Freddie's, Fager's Island, General's Kitchen, and Annabelle's). 1 block away is a grocery store that also sells beer and wine with a liquor store 2 blocks away.
We only charge the weekly rental rate, taxes and a cleaning fee. A fully refundable Security Depsit is required which is quickly returned if no damages. We do not charge any additional high processing fees like VRBO, Airbnb, Vacasa and other rental agencies that increase the final price.
Sorry, no pets are allowed per the Condo board.
